At Lincoln Heights, our mission is clear: to see every Patriot succeed. We are committed to delivering engaging, on-grade level instruction to every student, every day, because we believe all students deserve the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. With a student-first mentality, we are guided by the principle of always doing what’s best for our students.

Our school motto, "Good to Great," is more than a phrase—it’s the standard that shapes every decision, every action, and every goal. It reflects our relentless pursuit of excellence in everything we do.

We are proud to be the first internationally recognized PLC Ambassador School and a Model PLC School. These honors reflect our deep commitment to the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) process, which drives meaningful collaboration among staff and leads to real results for students. Each year, we welcome educators from across Tennessee and the nation who visit our campus to learn from the work being done right here at Lincoln Heights.
